Following the 2015 bomb attack, Deputy Defence Minister Udomdej Sitabutr said the Justice Ministry and Foreign Ministry were in the process of seeking the arrest and extradition of Mr Manoon. Mr Manoon has made dozens of anti-monarchy video and audio broadcasts and put them on YouTube. He is believed to be living somewhere in the United States from where he allegedly bankrolled the attack on the court and a plot to bomb five other Bangkok locations. Mr Manoon allegedly transferred the money to Supaporn Mitarak, or "Dear", who was arrested and implicated Mr Manoon. Sent along with the copy of the watch list to the RTP was an order for authorities to immediately suspend the assets of people on the watch list.
